At SysTec Services, Incorporated our mission is to provide a high level of service for our manufacturers and customers, as well as become an advisor and partner in their projects and repairs. We know that today’s market requires competitive pricing; with service and trust the tiebreakers that help the customer decide whom to do business with. In that light, we have some fundamental philosophies that guide our daily business practices. For instance, we do not have an automated answering system; we want our customers to have their call answered by a real person who can help them or get them to the person who can. Our customer service people have varied experience with our different manufacturers products, but all have experience with the products we represent, and usually hands on experience at that. Our outside sales people drive trucks or SUV’s in order to be able to deliver product to our customers on the jobsite or to their shop as required. We offer a take off service for our contractor customers on our drainage products at no charge, in order to help both of us understand their job better. We tag our drain products and pre-assemble some of the material at our warehouse to reduce the amount of labor our customers use in handling and installing our products on the job. This helps us to be better aware of what we are shipping to the job as well. We palletize our shipments and shrink-wrap them to help them arrive safely and intact, as well as withstand storage and weather prior to installation. We can repair your pumps in our fully tooled pump repair shop. All of our pump repairs are painted SysTec Blue or the customer’s color of choice so that our end product looks as close to new as possible. We analyze pump failures to determine how possible improvements in the pumping system may help components of the system work better, longer and more efficiently. At SysTec Services, Incorporated we have chosen to be selective with the manufacturers that we represent and have served most of them for a long time (10 to 20 years). We believe that we have the infrastructure to be able to provide service at a high level mindful that we must continue to find ways to improve.
